The 'free-look period' is the 30-day window from the receipt of your documents or the plan start date, whichever is later. For some plans, this period may be longer. Please refer to your plan documents for specific details.

Our plans are non-transferable. However, we are happy to help the new owner take out their own coverage. Please have them call us toll free at (833) 502-0913 with their details, and we will assist them.

For information regarding cancellation after the free-look period has ended, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined in your plan documents.

Repairs

You can request a repair by contacting the call center toll free at (833) 502-0913. Our hours of operation are as follows: Sales: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST. Service: Monday-Friday, 9am-6:30pm EST, Saturday 9am-5pm EST. You can also use the Contact Us form here and select the Claims option. After which our team will be contacting you.

If we determine your appliance is beyond repair, we will replace it with one that has the same or similar specifications. If we were recently unable to fix your appliance, our team will be in touch soon to discuss the next steps. Please note that if we replace your appliance, you might be responsible for delivery, installation, and haul-away fees, plus any remaining plan payments.
